Protecting your personal data is important to us. This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no social media plugins. All fonts and graphics are loaded directly from our own server; no third-party content is embedded. Personal data is only processed to the extent that is technically necessary to operate the website, or when you initiate it yourself, for example by sending us an email.

The “copy server IP” function and the lever sound run entirely locally in your browser. No data is transmitted to us in the process.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the website, the server automatically records information that your browser transmits (server log files):

• date and time of access
• page or file requested
• referrer URL (previously visited page)
• browser and operating system used

This data is required to deliver the website and to ensure its security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the stable and secure operation of the website. The log files are not combined with other data and are deleted after a short period. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the hosting provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Title shop

Players of our server can order an in-game title on a separate, password-protected page. When you place an order, we process your Minecraft username, the title you designed including its settings, and the time of the order in order to carry out the order and set up the title on the server. The order is sent to us by email and also stored in an order log on our web server. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Entries in the order log are deleted automatically after 30 days. The order email is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed to provide the title, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

To protect the shop against automated misuse, we limit the number of orders per connection. For this purpose, a pseudonymised value (hash) derived from your IP address is stored; the IP address itself is not stored. Entries older than one hour are no longer used and are deleted automatically the next time an order is placed. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in protecting the shop against misuse.
